Abbi Greer

Abbi Greer is an Associate in the Corporate team, advising businesses and individual stakeholders on a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and general company law matters.

Abbi works closely with colleagues across a range of practice areas to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice. She supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial heads of terms and due diligence through to document drafting, completion and post-completion matters. Her approachable manner and detail-oriented approach enable her to help clients navigate legal issues efficiently and achieve their commercial objectives.

Abbi has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors, including construction, healthcare, and health and safety.
