Alex is an Associate in the in the Restructuring & Insolvency department, based in our Manchester office.
Alex deals with all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, whether contentious or non-contentious, acting for insolvency practitioners (both regional and national), company directors, debtors and creditors.
Alex started with the firm as a Legal Assistant following completion of his Law with Politics degree at the University of Manchester. Alex then completed his training contract with the firm before qualifying into the Restructuring & Insolvency department, having spent a significant amount of time in the team as both a Legal Assistant and a Trainee Solicitor prior.

- Suspension of Discharge from Bankruptcy Applications;
- Transaction at Undervalue and Preference Claims;
- Bankruptcy Petitions;
- Annulment Applications;
- Post Appointment Advice;
- Office holder investigations;
- Antecedent transaction claims;
- Winding up Petitions;
- Administration Applications; and
- Business and asset sales and purchases.
