Alex is a debt recovery specialist who deals with all aspects of legal debt recovery including issuing county court claims, obtaining judgment and enforcement as well as preparing statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions.
Alex has over 12 years’ experience, she has acted for a wide range of clients from sole traders through to PLC’s in helping them achieve success recovering their unpaid invoices, with the ultimate aim of reducing debtor days.
Alex has experience of debt recovery for clients within care, manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, education, engineering, storage, overpayment of wages, private healthcare and many more.
