Alex O'Neill

Alex joined Freeths in October 2021 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Commercial team in London in September 2024.

Alex has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of B2B and B2C agreements. She has supported clients on a range of supply, distribution and service agreements. Alex advises clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on the retail and transport sectors. 

Alex has provided support to a number of local authorities that are in receipt of grant funding for zero emission bus projects under the Department for Transport’s ZEBRA 2 programme. Alex also has experience advising on manufacture, supply and service agreements relating to electric rolling stock and the carriage of passengers by railway. 

In addition, Alex has experience advising on the structure and operation of franchise systems, specifically business format franchising, and has assisted clients in the retail and automotive sectors to document, review and refine their franchise strategies.
