Alexa is an experienced Real Estate Lawyer who trained and qualified in Central London and is now based in our Leicester office.
She has a broad range of Commercial Property experience and advises businesses and individuals on a variety of matters including Purchases, Sales, Commercial Leases (including assisting for large Retail chain Tenants) and in relation to Leasehold Management.
She also acts for Banks and Building Societies in relation to their lending and has previously worked for many of the top national housebuilders, primarily in relation to the acquisition of development sites within London and the Southeast. Alexa aims to make sure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, whilst providing great service.
