Alice Dockar

Alice has a broad practice acting for UK and international developers, landlords and investors on a range of major development projects, corporate occupier lettings, corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals (including portfolios of assets) and acquisition financings, many of which are London-based.

Alice is a member of the Freeths Corporate Real Estate practice and has experience in complex and tax driven structures for direct and indirect investment into UK real estate as well as joint venture structures.

Alice operates in a number of industries across the sector, most recently offices, retail and industrial / logistics.

Alice joined Freeths in September 2021 after spending 19 years at HSF, the last 6 of which as a partner. During her career, Alice has worked on secondment for two clients, one of which as interim General Counsel for international property developer as well as two years working in an overseas office in the Middle East.
