Alison Craggs

Alison is a solicitor in the Trusts, Estates and Tax team in our Oxford office.

Alison qualified in 2004 and advises on a full range of private client matters including:

• Drafting simple Wills and Codicils and complex tax efficient Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Administering estates
• Inheritance tax planning
• Advising on and drafting trust documents

Alison is listed as a Next Generation Partner in Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate in The Legal 500 (2026 Edition).

She is also ranked in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2025.

Alison has also passed the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) advisory paper on Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estates.
