Amanda Simmonds

Qualifying in 1988, Amanda is an experienced private client solicitor who joins Freeths from Lupton Fawcett. 

Amanda advises on all aspects of Private Client work, including wills, trusts and their related documents, mental capacity issues and LPAs, administering estates and giving all round IHT, CGT and income tax planning advice. Amanda has both landed estate and OMB experience and specialises in advising Family Businesses, complex trust structures and trustee duty issues, offshore trusts and international clients with cross border work. She has dealt with many wealthy families over the years.
