About Andrew

Andrew specialises in advising lenders and borrowers in respect of their debt funding arrangements, providing pragmatic and commercial advice to his clients.

Andrew has acted for clearing banks, alternative lenders, debt funds and corporate borrowers (which include but are not limited to FTSE 100 companies, AIM listed companies, investment grade companies and private equity houses) in respect of leverage acquisition, corporate financing and real estate financing. Andrew has acted on loans to borrowers in several jurisdictions, where the underlying loan is governed by English Law and/ or the security is governed by English Law and/or local law.

Andrew is listed as Up and Coming in Chambers & Partners (2026 edition) and is a current member of the International Association of Young Lawyers.
