Barry Richards deals with all types of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold transactions, secured lending (with both separate and joint representation of the borrower and lender), partnership property and telecoms.
Barry has significant expertise in dealing with alcohol, entertainment and gambling licence applications and enforcement, having acted for some of the largest pub companies, festivals, nightclubs, international sporting events, leisure attractions, hotels and restaurant chains across England, Wales and Scotland and having previously worked as a local authority licensing officer.
Barry works with corporate clients who have large property portfolios that require practical commercial advice delivered accurately and quickly.
