About Barry
Barry has been a qualified Debt Recovery Solicitor for 19 years and specialises in the recovery of debts in business to business relationships.
Barry has represented many household names and delivers exceptional levels of customer service in this fast paced sector. Barry predominantly focuses on the recovery of bulk debts/ledgers and also on the outsourcing of credit control functions. Barry will provide a bespoke fee arrangement which meets the requirements of each client.
Barry has led the Debt Recovery teams of boutique and national firms of solicitors.
Barry provides in house training to businesses on their Credit Control functions, and advises on how to maximise their recoveries.
Barry also has a large insolvency practice, issuing Bankruptcy and Winding Up proceedings and regularly appears in the Insolvency courts.
