Beth Evans

Beth is an RTPI Chartered Town Planner with over 8 years planning experience in the private sector, and joined Freeths as a Senior Associate in May 2022.

Throughout her career to date, Beth has gained a range of spatial planning experience, including major retail, education, hotel and residential schemes across the UK. At Freeths, Beth assists in the delivery of a variety of development schemes, including residential, mixed and commercial uses, from site promotion through to application submission and securing consent. This involves the coordination of project teams to ensure key outputs are delivered on time and negotiation with a wide range of key stakeholders, including statutory consultees and local residents.
