Real Estate Litigation
- Represented a large commercial landlord at mediation in connection with a claim for rent arrears and service charge which was defended on the basis that the lease had been frustrated due to defective cladding on the building. - Assisted a senior solicitor with a complex boundary dispute, which resulted in our client being awarded legal costs on an indemnity basis. Thereafter assisting on defending the opposition’s appeal and the insolvency proceedings.
