Braydon Cordingley

Braydon is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Freeths, advising on private equity investments, and private M&A transaction. 

Braydon joined Freeths in 2025, bringing international experience from Australia, where he practiced at the country’s largest legal partnership. Braydon’s work there spanned a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A, private equity investments, corporate governance and equity capital markets.

Braydon’s background in law and commerce enables him to approach legal matters with strong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
