Brittany Cox

Brittany is an Associate in the Construction and Engineering team and is based in the Birmingham office. She joined Freeths as a Legal Assistant in 2022, began her training contract in 2023 and qualified into the team in September 2025. 

Brittany has worked on a range of contentious construction matters, including litigation, adjudication and mediation. Brittany has experience across all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action through to settlement. She is also familiar with the industry standard forms of contract such as JCT and NEC as well as bespoke forms of agreement.
