Recent work
- Acting for Bloor Homes South Midlands on the Northampton West Sustainable Urban Extension for 1,750 homes, a primary school, a mixed-use local centre and associated infrastructure. The matter involved liaising with three public authorities: Daventry District Council; South Northamptonshire Council; and Northamptonshire County Council
- Advising Bellway Strategic Land on its appeal in relation to the Sniperley Park development in Durham, comprising 368 new homes, conversion of four farm buildings into homes and an extension to the park and ride facility. £5m of infrastructure is being provided to support the delivery of the new homes
- Advising Mulberry Commercial Developments on the planning legal issues relating to the development of Mulberry Logistics Park, which comprises 4.3m sqft of employment space
- Lead planning lawyer to the London Borough of Barnet in relation to the redevelopment of Brent Cross, an £8bn re-development providing 6,700 new homes, workspace for 25,000 people, restaurants, shops, leisure facilities, schools, community buildings and 50 acres of parks
