Callum Anderson

Callum is a Senior Associate and a dual-qualified Chartered UK Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney, with additional rights of representation before the Unified Patent Court. With a decade of experience in patent law, Callum brings both technical depth and practical expertise to every matter he handles.

Callum holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Imperial College London, giving him a strong scientific foundation that underpins his work across a wide range of engineering and information technology disciplines. Whether it's a complex mechanical system or a cutting-edge software platform, Callum has the technical fluency to understand an invention inside out and the legal expertise to protect it effectively.

Callum specialises in patent law for engineering and IT technologies, helping clients navigate the full patent lifecycle from initial filing and prosecution through to portfolio management and enforcement strategy.
