About Carly
Carly started her legal journey in 2007 as a Legal Secretary while studying for her Law Degree at the University of Surrey, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. Upon qualification, Carly moved to the East Midlands area where she gained experience with regional law firms, before joining Freeths in January 2026.
Carly specialises in Estate Administration, including intestate estates, Will preparation and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Carly is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having completed certificates in Administration of Estates, Administration of Trusts, Taxation of Trusts and Estates, and Trust and Estate Accounting.
