Caroline Thomas works in Freeths’ Sheffield corporate team and advises on a range of corporate and commercial law.
This includes share sales, asset sales, MBIs, MBOs, company restructuring, loan and investment arrangements, joint ventures, partnership arrangements and a range of commercial agreements including distribution agreements, supply of goods and services agreements and service level agreements.
Caroline deals with a range of clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, engineering and technology, from local SMEs to larger corporate and national clients.
- Advising Braintrain2020 Limited in respect of investment by Mercia Fund Management and angel investors.
- Advising Canning Conveyor Co Limited on complex share buybacks arrangements.
- Advising sellers in respect of the sale of the entire issued share capital of Blackwell Medical Services Limited.
- Regularly assisting on larger transactions, including the sale of the Gordon Lamb motor dealership group to Vertu Motors Plc.
