About Celia
Celia is an Associate in our national Care team, based in our London office.
Prior to joining Freeths in 2024, Celia gained a range of experience in real estate, corporate and banking and construction, before qualifying as a corporate solicitor in 2023.
Celia works on some of the largest corporate and banking transactions in the Healthcare sector. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals of business (both shares and assets), reorganisations and general company and shareholder matters.
