Chloe works as a Senior Associate within the Freeths’ Care sector acting on a diverse range of transactional matters for care operators and investor/developer clients within the care sector. She works on site procurements, investment acquisitions, restructures and refinancing projects, as well as nominations and void provisions.
Chloe also has experience in a wide range of transactional freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions including acting for landlords and tenants, property portfolio estate management including representing UK retail corporate occupiers, real estate finance, corporate real estate and the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and mixed-use development sites.
