About Ciara

Ciara Ros focuses on resolving commercial and contentious issues for clients across a wide range of industries including energy, construction, infrastructure, mining, wreck salvage, banking and financial services, and telecoms. Ciara worked in for Dubai three years after qualification, advising clients on project finance, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions, alongside her practice as an arbitration lawyer, giving her a unique cross-practice view with significant transactional and disputes experience. Ciara returned to London in 2018 to concentrate on her disputes practice, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure, mining and construction disputes, and international commercial arbitration (including investor state disputes). Ciara has been recognized as a Key Lawyer for International Arbitration by the Legal 500 since 2022, has been individually recognised in GAR 30 2024, is recommended as a Future Leader (Non-Partner) for Arbitration in the Lexology Index 2025 and was included in the INvolve - The Inclusion People list of Top 100 Women Future Leaders Role Model 2022. Ciara is the current Chair of Young ITA, a co-founder of Women in Energy connect (WEconnect) UK, and sits on the board of the International Centre of Dispute Resolution (Y&I).
