Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2017, prior to which she worked in the third sector. Before joining Freeths LLP in 2023, Claire worked in the Environmental Justice and Civil Liberties teams at Hodge, Jones & Allen Solicitors, where she worked on high profile cases involving air quality and human rights (in particular, cases involving Articles 2, 3 and 8 ECHR). Claire is a member of Freeths’ market-leading environmental practice. Based in our Bristol Office, Claire has experience of advising and assisting clients on a range of environmental matters, including issues related to environmental permitting, flood defence, waste, nuisance, air quality and biodiversity net gain environmental protection.
