About Danielle

Danielle has specialised in all areas of Family Law since 2015 and has developed expertise in dealing with matters relating to divorce and financial matters following the breakdown of relationships, including disputes involving unmarried couples and cohabitation. She regularly advises on complex and high-conflict cases, including those involving domestic abuse including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse and has successfully supported clients in obtaining protective injunctions such as non-molestation and occupation orders.

When dealing with disputes about child arrangements, Danielle can draw on her previous public law experience to sensitively and robustly represent clients in all private law children matters, particularly where there is a risk of abduction or where interim preventative applications are required.  Danielle has successfully represented parents and grandparents where grandparents are seeking to re-establish or improve contact with their grandchildren. Danielle’s extensive experience and knowledge of public children law has proved of great value within private children law cases involving social services and/or a court appointed children’s guardian, particularly in cases of alleged alienating behaviours.

Danielle is particularly passionate about assisting clients who face fabricated allegations of domestic violence, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected throughout the legal process.

Known for her compassionate, empathetic, and pragmatic approach, Danielle helps clients feel supported and reassured during what is often a challenging and emotional time. Her commitment to delivering high-quality client care ensures that individuals feel heard, understood, and guided with confidence.

A Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (GCILEx), Danielle is also a member of Resolution, a national organisation committed to the constructive and non-confrontational resolution of family disputes. She advocates for resolving issues amicably and cost-effectively, particularly where children are involved, and strives to avoid court proceedings wherever possible.
