David is a director in the Freeths property litigation team based in Bristol. He is a highly experienced litigation lawyer advising clients on the full spectrum of contentious property matters across commercial, residential and land sectors. David is very mindful of clients’ commercial interests and ensures his work is focused on achieving the best solution to align with a client’s requirements and cost.
As part of David’s residential work he also specialises in leasehold enfranchisement, acting for both leaseholders and landlords on such matters.
He advises landowners on issues pertaining to rights of way, nuisance, adverse possession, trespass and property damage.
He regularly advises public bodies, corporate occupiers, landlords, investors and developers on various issues including breach of covenant, break clauses, options, rights of first refusal and all aspects of contentious commercial property work.
