Ellie Dixon

Ellie joined Freeths in 2018 as a Legal Assistant. Following completion of the Graduate Diploma in Law followed by the Legal Practice Course she spent time in Freeths’ Property Litigation team as well as completed a Real Estate secondment working in-house at Travis Perkins Plc during her training. Following qualification and prior to joining the Housebuilding & Strategic Land team in April 2024 Ellie advised on various construction and engineering matters including contractor appointments and third party rights.

Ellie acts for national housebuilders, residential developers, housing associations and local authorities on freehold and leasehold transactions as well as infrastructure agreements for development sites. Ellie is also CQS accredited and advises clients on residential property transactions.
