Ellie Wise

Ellie is an Associate in the Milton Keynes employment team at Freeths. 

Ellie advises on a range of employment and HR issues.  

With a keen eye for detail, her experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, directors service agreements and all types of employment policies and procedures.

Ellie’s has experience of managing tribunal claims from inception to conclusion, including drafting particulars of claim, grounds of resistance, mastering the papers in voluminous and complex matters, attending multi-day hearings and drafting settlement agreements and COT3 agreements.  Ellie's recent experience includes having a significant case of sexual harassment, including an alleged sexual assault, struck out against a substantial UK employer (over 13,000 employees). 

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Ellie studied Law at the University of Leicester obtaining a First Class Degree and then went on to complete the Solicitor Qualification Exams with the University of Law.
