About Emma
Emma is an associate in the Corporate team.
She advises on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals (shares and assets), group re-organisations and general corporate governance.
Emma studied law at The University of York before joining Freeths LLP in 2018 as a legal assistant in the Corporate team. She completed her Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law alongside working at Freeths LLP. Emma went on to train at the firm, spending time in the Commercial, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams before qualifying into the Corporate team in 2022.
