About Emma

Emma trained with Freeths and qualified into the Property Litigation team in September 2023. During her training, Emma spent time in Property Litigation, Real Estate and Commercial Dispute Resolution. Emma assists on a wide range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, possession claims and debt claims.

Emma has experience advising at pre-action, County Court and High Court level, acting on both claimant and defendant side.
