Faye Harvard-Jones

Faye is a Managing Associate based in our Birmingham office, specialising in Banking & Finance. 

Faye trained and worked at a leading US firm in London and, most recently, served as in-house counsel at the global investment bank Goldman Sachs, giving her valuable commercial insight into financial institutions’ key priorities. 

Faye has broad experience across a wide range of matters, including structured finance, commodity finance, general corporate lending and acquisition finance. She has advised on LMA and ISDA agreements, as well as a variety of other industry-standard and bespoke documents.

At Freeths, Faye acts for major UK banks and financial institutions, private equity houses and corporate borrowers, on complex domestic banking and debt finance transactions.
