Grace joined Freeths in July 2021 after qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020.
Grace specialises in restructuring and insolvency work and her practice spans a broad spectrum of high-value, complex restructuring mandates, with a particular focus on non-contentious transactional matters across a wide range of sectors.
Grace’s expertise includes:
- Corporate insolvency transactions, including pre-packaged sales of businesses and assets
- Restructuring and contingency planning, often involving complex directors’ duties issues
- Non-contentious insolvency applications within administrations and liquidations
- Banking and finance-related insolvency work, including security reviews and enforcement strategies
Grace also has experience handling contentious insolvency and enforcement matters, including the appointment of LPA Receivers and the sale of Real Estate in the context of insolvency.
