About Graham
Graham joined the firm upon qualification in 1987 and has been a partner since 1991. He is head of both the Commercial Litigation department and the Insolvency unit in Nottingham and is a leading litigation and insolvency lawyer.
One of our most experienced commercial litigators, dealing on a regular basis with high value High Court cases with Court of Appeal experience as well, Graham undertakes all high valued disputes and is regarded as the go to person by clients and contacts.
Graham’s restructuring and insolvency practice is substantial. He has experience of all manner of insolvencies, dealing on a national and international basis. His portfolio of clients established over the last 33 years is extensive. In terms of the scope of his industry expertise, because of the depth of his experience, he has established expertise in most areas ranging from logistics, medical, retail, utilities, healthcare, hospitality and leisure, financial services etc.
