Hannah Greatbatch is based in our Birmingham office and has a wide range of experience in dealing with a variety of commercial property transactions including; acquisitions and disposals, leasehold management (acting for both investors and occupiers) and landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlord and tenant including lease renewals, surrenders and assignments). Hannah also has experience working in real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
Hannah joined Freeths as a legal assistant in the Real Estate team in June 2015. As part of her training contract, Hannah spent 6 months working in the Corporate team and 6 months in the Property Litigation team before returning and qualifying into Real Estate in September 2019.
Hannah is listed as a Recommended Lawyer and recognised as a Rising Star in The Legal 500 (2024 edition) in Commercial Property.
