Hannah Hogarth

Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Freeths London Corporate team. She qualified over five years ago and has assisted on a broad range of corporate matters in that time.

Hannah’s experience includes acting on private M&A transactions, private equity investments, reorganisations, AIM capital market transactions and general company and shareholder matters including (but not limited to) governance, shareholder exits and follow on investments. She acts for investors, PE backed ‘buy and build’ acquirers, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
