Hannah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in July 2018, joined Freeths in August 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2020.
Hannah works in the Trusts, Estates and Tax team within Freeths Family Wealth Department based in Oxford.
Hannah deals with all manner of complex estate administrations, including those with unusual assets, and supporting Executors and Administrators in negotiations with HMRC over inheritance tax liability.
As part of her role in assisting clients with their estate, wealth and family planning, Hannah acts on the creation and management of Trusts, advising on associated tax issues, and in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
