Hannah is a Partner in our Corporate team, having joined Freeths in May 2024 as her chosen firm to develop client relationships within a team known for its exceptional client focused service delivery.
Hannah’s practice focuses on UK based M&A for large corporates and SMEs as well as delivery of complex corporate reorganisations. She advises large corporates, portfolio companies, owner-led businesses and management teams on a variety of transactions including business and assets and share acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings and corporate governance. She is an expert at delivering complex transactions in a client friendly and efficient manner.
