Holly Lawrence

Holly is a Knowledge Management Lawyer in the corporate team, supporting Freeths’ corporate lawyers across all offices by developing and maintaining know-how, organising and delivering training and keeping the team up to date with the latest legal insights. 

Holly also works alongside the Knowledge and Innovation Team to assist with research into, and the rollout of, legal technology across the firm. She is also a member of various working groups with other internal and external Knowledge & Innovation Lawyers to keep abreast of and discuss legislative changes and corporate case law.

Prior to becoming a Knowledge Management Lawyer in 2021, Holly worked as a corporate lawyer, advising a variety of clients on M&A and investment matters, with a particular interest in real estate corporate wrappers.
