- Acting for Nottinghamshire County Council in the assembly of land and infrastructure agreements for the Gresham Park Scheme including the construction of two new buildings for Becket School and Nottingham Emmanuel School (£69 million redevelopment of open land).
- Acting for Barratt Homes/Kingsoak Homes in the acquisition of a £20 million site at Hucknall, Nottinghamshire for the provision of 800 new homes and in the acquisition of the former Derby College at Pride Park for a £90 million scheme.
