Isabel Protheroe

Isabel joined Freeths in 2018 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Private Funds team.

Isabel has experience across the private funds sector in a variety of asset classes including impact funds, infrastructure, credit, private equity, venture capital and real estate. She has experience advising some of the leading lower and mid-market sponsors raising private funds, helping them select the right structure and include appropriate terms to match the investment strategy and suit their investors.

As well as advising managers, Isabel advises institutional investors on their primary and secondary investments in private funds, co-investment vehicles and bespoke management arrangements with fund managers.
