Jacqui Murphy

Jacqui Murphy has 15 years’ experience in dealing with Restructuring and Insolvency work. Before joining Freeths in June 2023, Jacqui was a solicitor dealing with all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and corporate recovery. Jacqui’s experience included dealing with both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters which covered corporate, personal, and real estate insolvency work.

Jacqui now provides national support to Freeths’ Restructuring & Insolvency team and is responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining know how with precedents and guidance notes.
• Delivering and organising R&I training.
• Assisting in R&I bespoke technical enquiries/research.
• Ensuring that lawyers, clients and external contacts are kept up to date on changes in the law using a variety of methods such as blogs, newsletters and articles.
