James Owen

James is a real estate lawyer in our Milton Keynes office. He has experience dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters but also has specific expertise in the telecoms sector. James has over a number of years advised Europe's largest independent telecoms infrastructure providers and landlords with electronic communications apparatus on their land.

James’ experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and freehold acquisitions and disposals as well as numerous Electronic Communications Code agreements and leases involving greenfield and rooftop communications sites. James has also advised on title matters, restrictive covenants, access issues, apparatus relocations and site sharing complexities involving commercial properties and telecoms sites.
