Joe is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Joe advises businesses bringing or subject to multimillion-pound disputes, across a diverse and complex range of breach of contract claims.
His caseload has a specific emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain disputes arising within this sector.
Joe has a particular interest in Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP) disputes, having acted for both suppliers and retailers on disputes under the Code (both in Arbitration Requests to the GCA and in High Court litigation). Joe delivers both training and advisory work on Code compliance, underscoring his depth of knowledge in this area.
Joe recognises the commercial benefits of settlement and has represented clients at mediations on numerous occasions.
