About Joe

Joe is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Joe’s experience mainly centres on breach of contract claims, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. He has also worked on a wider range of disputes, for example in matters involving novel Trust law arguments, Equality Act claims and in defending alleged breaches of European Convention Rights. Joe recognises the commercial benefits of settlement and has represented clients at mediations on several occasions. Joe has a good working knowledge of the courts, assisting counsel at numerous application hearings, costs and case management hearings and at trial in the High Court. 

Joe has also advised companies and individuals subject to criminal regulatory investigations, typically following fatal health and safety incidents. Joe’s experience, working across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, regulatory and criminal matters, makes him a well-rounded litigator.
