Jon Baker

Jon is a Director in the Construction & Engineering team and is a specialist in drafting contracts for the construction and operation of assets. Jon has significant experience in clean energy projects - including solar, BESS, onshore and offshore wind, and biogas - as well as major infrastructure schemes across roads, rail and airports. Known for being pragmatic and user-friendly, Jon focuses on providing clear, efficient and solutions-driven advice aligned to clients' commercial objectives.
 
Jon is a specialist in drafting NEC and FIDIC based contracts and has given a number of training sessions and seminars on both. Jon's background includes in-house roles with a solar EPC contractor, an offshore wind developer, a BESS developer, and Transport for London, giving him a unique insight into both private and public sector procurement processes.
