Joshua Horan

Joshua joined Freeths in July 2018 as a Legal Assistant in the Planning department and has since completed his training contract with the firm, which focused primarily on real estate. Joshua qualified into the Nottingham Commercial Property team in March 2022 to continue to pursue his keen interest in the sector.

Joshua has gained a wealth of experience during his time at the firm, assisting on transactions involving the following:

• landlord and tenant portfolio management;
• property development;
• real estate finance;
• freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals;
• energy and infrastructure; and
• providing property assistance on corporate acquisitions and disposals.
