Kaitlin Traynor

Kaitlin joined Freeths in September 2019 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Commercial team in London in September 2023. 

Kaitlin has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of B2B and B2C agreements, primarily in the retail sector. Kaitlin also supports clients on data protection matters, including the negotiation of data processing agreements, drafting of privacy policies and advising on internal compliance processes. 

Kaitlin has first-hand experience of the needs and requirements of in-house legal teams having completed several client secondments during her training contract and since qualifying into the team.
