Kaleigh is a Senior Associate in our Drinks Hospitality and Leisure team and is experienced in all aspects of real estate. She has acted for a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on hospitality, including independent pubs and restaurants, and retail occupiers, including FTSE 100 companies, national and international retailers, SMEs and charities. She has advised on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties (vacant, managed and tenanted), and the full scope of landlord and tenant work ranging from new leases and pre-lets to renewals, regears, assignments, underleases, and licences. She has also provided real estate support on corporate transactions.
