Kathryn Fitzmaurice

Kathryn qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021 into the Trusts, Estates and Tax team, working in our Nottingham office, after having joined the team in 2017.

Kathryn assists with a broad range of work, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Deeds of Variation, as well as acting for Executors and Trustees in the administration of Estates and Trusts.

Kathryn is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has passed the STEP Advanced Will Preparation and Taxation of Trusts and Estates examinations.
