After qualifying in July 2018, Kelly deals with various commercial property matters on behalf of commercial property owners and also leasehold occupiers which can involve negotiating leases as well as other ancillary commercial property documents.
Kelly also deals with real estate finance work involving high value properties as well as property acquisitions and disposals.

- Have assisted with a corporate acquisition involving 30+ sites on behalf of one of the UK’s leading tyre companies;
- Assisting with the disclosure exercise in connection with the sale of a 100+ site business for approx. £250 million; and
- Have acted on behalf of the UK’s leading provider of grounds maintenance and landscaping services in relation to the negotiation of various leases of commercial properties to coincide with their service contracts as well as the negotiation of a lease of their new head office.
