About Kieron
Kieron is an Associate based in our Birmingham office, specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution. He joined Freeths in 2022, began his training contract in 2023 and qualified into the team in December 2025.
Throughout his time at Freeths, Kieron has assisted on a broad range of commercial disputes, with a primary focus on breach of contract and negligence claims. Kieron has already gained significant experience in pursuing and defending consumer claims.
Kieron is committed to securing the best commercial solutions for his clients and advises on all stages of the dispute resolution process, including the pre-action stage, settlement negotiations and Court proceedings.
