About Lauren
Lauren has over 5 years post qualification experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law and joined Freeths from another Manchester firm in April 2026.
She has a wealth of experience representing both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal with a particular focus on discrimination claims.
Lauren regularly advises on the employment aspects of business acquisitions and disposals alongside the corporate team. This includes the drafting and negotiating of service agreements and settlement agreements for senior employees as well as advising on the impact of TUPE.
Lauren also advises businesses on day-to-day HR issues. She understands the need to consider risks to the business against commercial interests and works with clients to reach an outcome that aligns with their priorities.
